Hot Stamping Machines

We provide wide range of hot stamping machines to apply on plastic parts with different geometrical shapes. Our machining ranges are including manual type up&down for testing purposes, air type up&down from small areas entry level to larger areas with a capacity of 10-tonnes, motor type up&down for a high ending process without compressor, rolling type for cylindrical shapes and roll-on type for elliptical, cylindrical and polygonal shapes. We also provide customized type of machines such as for golf shafts or hexagonal pencils; all are carefully engineered and crafted in Japan with great references of the World's leader & global brands in the electronics industry.

JIGs, Silicone Dies & Rubber Rollers

Our silicone dies & rubber rollers, between 60-shores to 90-shores, are the ideal choice for decorating with specific characters and designs on geometrical shapes, large flats and curved surfaces in molded plastic parts by aid of hot stamping foil applications.

Our JIGs are made by Aluminium and used to improve the production efficiency of hot stamping foil application on three dimensional objects, including plastic containers and electrical appliances with aim of keeping the plastic part stable.
